- Account and Profile: name, username, company, role, contact details (e.g., work email).
- Authentication & Security: password hashes, login audit data (IP, user agent, device, city/country), 2FA tokens and trusted devices.
- Service Usage: actions performed in the platform (e.g., shipment records, attachments, invoices) and related metadata.
- Support and Communications: messages, tickets, or other interactions you submit.
- Cookies & Similar Tech: session cookies and optional trusted-device cookie for 2FA (30 days).
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and investigate incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
- Communicate about updates, security notices, or support matters.

We may transfer data across borders to provide the Service. For GDPR/UK GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

No system is completely secure; users must also follow good security practices (e.g., strong passwords, restricted sharing).

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal/regulatory requirements.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and security (cannot be disabled). We may use a trusted-device cookie for 2FA that lasts up to 30 days. You can delete cookies in your browser at any time.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business use and not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Philippines-Specific Notices
- We process personal information in accordance with RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
- Data subjects have rights to be informed, access, object, erase or block, rectify, file a complaint, damages, and data portability as provided by law and NPC issuances.
